Experiencing Fulfillment through Our King and His Kingdom Promises

The prophet Isaiah speaks of a time of God bringing fulfillment to His promises of redemption. He gives us hope of the reality of the kingdom of God coming into our life and bringing great fulfillment. This fulfillment happens through our King and Messiah. He manifests a great capacity to align our lives with heaven, that we experience His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. That means experiencing the reality of the kingdom of God in our world, our families, our workplace, our communities.

RELEVANCE

Receive God’s promises spoken through Isaiah.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” (Isaiah 9:6-7)

Picture Jesus, our Messiah—Savior, as our King, governing our life in ways that bring the reality of God’s kingdom into our life and the fulfillment of His promises. Receive the great capacities of His love! See Him as your wonderful counselor, bringing the counsel and wisdom of God into your heart and mind. Let it bring real joy and hope to you.

See Him also imparting His might and power into your life through the very real presence, strength and grace gifts of the Holy Spirit. Jesus calls the Holy Spirit the Spirit of Truth three times. He reveals God’s truth to our heart to bring great measures of God’s wisdom and comfort into our life as we receive it.

So, receive your Heavenly Father’s great love. Jesus brings everlasting life into our life. He is the Author of salvation and our story, which He leads us through—in earth as it is in heaven for eternity. This is everlasting life in Him and through Him.

As our Prince of Peace, He brings God’s governance and rulership into our life. He is the way, the truth, and the life. As we come into alignment with His ways, truth, and life, we experience the many blessings He offers. Yes, this can often be challenging for us as we go through various trials. But He gives more grace and strength! Our part is receiving it by trusting faith, and participating in the assignments He gives us. It’s all for our good and His glory.

The scriptures also tell numerous stories of King David in the books of Samual and Chronicles. His Psalms provide us with a rich treasure of illustrations of his engagement with God. He navigated through many trials of life. David’s Psalms help us connect with God. They bring us into his stories and help us relate with God in powerful ways. We can learn much about the reality of the kingdom of God through the Psalms. They bring us pictures of God’s ways and grace. Be encouraged to let them help you sense God’s great love.

Catch the vision David had of the Lord as his King. Sense his heart of devotion as he engages with the Lord in the mindset of the Lord and presence of the Holy Spirit.
